Our auction 2008 volunteer committee is forming. Procurement packets are being distributed. Donations are arriving.

The Second Annual Benefit Auction is scheduled for Saturday, May 17, from 1 to 4 pm at the Edmonds Conference Center. There will be live and silent auctions and educational information tables about vision impairment.

Pease contact us if you would like to donate an item to be auctioned. If you have a favorite restaurant, candy or chocolate shop, or beauty salon, think about a requesting gift certificate from them. We will send you procurement packets to give to the donors.

Woodland Park Zoo, Remlinger Farms, Beecher Handmade Cheeses, The Center for Wooden Boats, and the Inn at Cannon Beach are among those who have already made their donations. An Edmonds resident made a lovely afghan especially for the auction.

We are inviting sponsors to come forward to assist with the cost of presenting this event.
