New sights, smells, and sounds will fill the school house. Kyle Doane and Nichole Farrow will answer questions like, “When you see a raccoon, how do you know it’s actually a raccoon?” will be addressed. The Louis Braille School has its very own taxidermy raccoon that will assist in this lesson.

Drumming with Simone La Drumma

International drum instructor and performer Simone LaDrumma will lead the children in learning about different drums and experiencing all kinds of rhythms.

Musical Fun with Blues in the Schools

Curley Cooke and Annette Taborn will be with us twice, one day each week, to perform blues and country music with songs, guitar, and harmonica. Look forward to some fun hands-on participation.

A trip to the Edmonds Fire Department

This will be our third trip to the Edmonds Fire Department. The firefighters tell us they enjoy our visits as much as we do.

Clay with Michael Tanis

Enjoy making a “can’t fail” creation with Michael, a professional Edmonds ceramic artist.

Swedish folk songs and dances with Ruth Pirie

Ruth will wear her Swedish native costume for us to see and touch.
