Story Time with Zora
Once a week Louis Braille School students enjoy a special two-o’clock visitor. Zora Rockney, long-time friend and volunteer of the School, arrives carrying a bag of books. Students and teachers gather in the library, and the fun begins.

Zora reads with such feeling and expression that her listeners feel part of the story right along with her.
Like a true teacher, she doesn’t miss an opportunity to guide and instruct as she encourages questions and engages her audience in discussion.
Zora, a former school teacher, Peace Corps worker, and now a grandmother and great grandmother, does many other special things for the school. The colorful monthly bulletin board in the reception area is her creation.
